The Golf Course

 Roda Golf & Beach Resort is built around an excellent 18 hole par 72 golf course and is captained by the Ryder Cup legend Sam Torrance. It is the first PGA amateur and professional golf academy outside the UK.  The course has been designed to ensure total adaption to the Mediterranean landscape and character. Any player will enjoy this course whatever their level, or play on the surrounding courses within the area including the world renowned La Manga Club. The PGA Academy offers a variety of coaching programmes available to all ages and abilities, with an experienced team of professionals to guide you. It also has one of the best Driving Range facilites in the area. 

The Apartment

A 2 bedroom first floor Duplex Penthouse with a spectatular rooftop solarium complete with its own external kitchen/BBQ area. Utilising the double sofabed within the lounge the apartment will accommodate up to six guests. The apartment is situated within its own individual block designed around its own swimming pool including a separate children's section set within landscaped gardens, the apartment is orientated to maximise your views across the golf course and the magnificent Mar Menor.

The apartment is over 2 floors. Lower floor includes kitchen, living/dining area and terrace, double bedroom and bathroom. Upper floor includes second double bedroom and bathroom with double shower.

This floor has access to the solarium and outside Kitchen area.  Interior finishes and fit-out is of the highest quality including marble flooring to lounge/dining all bedrooms and bathrooms.
